Everything happened so quickly, after several messages we received invitation to the Netherlands to find out more about the jobs offered by our potencial client, and how to support them in Polish staffing delivery as well. It lasted only one hour to order the flight tickets and confirm the meeting.It is important to us to get to know our new cooperators. We always accept invitations to see the worksite, meet the procedures, know the opinion of local workers, and what is the most important - meet our clients in person, exchange our experiences, find the best solutions, and to listen what are the needs of them. As we had agreed on our common meeting, we finally arrived to the Netherlands. We were picked up by the client from the airport in Eindhoven. The whole day was a suprise for us. Charmed with Dutch hospitality we joined to the first meeting, where our experiences with staffing delivieries were completly exchanged. It is quite essential to get to know the situation of the client to create a tailor-made solution with proper adjusted activities, meeting its requirements to aim our common goal. We must think about not only about our goal, but the goal of our cooperator. If the client wins, we win as well, even twice more. That is why we need to listen before submitting the offer blindly. After the first day we were invited to see to the worksite, get to know the procedures of candidates' onboarding and visit accommodation. The most important things from the candidates' point of view are job conditions offered by an employer. We, as the recruitment agency, are responsible for job positions, presentation and job conditions as the employer itself. We must be trust-worthy. Cutting corners to find the lots of candidates is not a solution. We must be partners. Partners with our clients, but candidates as well. Thanks this experience in the Netherlands, we were able to describe all conditions not only with words, but pictures as well. We all know that picture is worth 1000 words, therefore we took photos on site to be more faithfully in the eyes of our candidates.
